Katrina is a consultant for King Philanthropies focused on evaluation of our results. She brings over two decades of deep experience as a program evaluator and advisor. For example, as a senior analyst at the U.S. Government Accountability Office, Katrina led dozens of reports and testimonies for Congress on issues affecting families in poverty. She has also held roles at Stanford’s Center for Educational Policy Analysis, Laurium Evaluation Group, the Urban Institute, and various government agencies. She holds master’s degrees in public policy and social work from the University of Michigan, as well as a bachelor’s degree in human development from UC Davis.
