Juliana Green leads deal sourcing, due diligence, and strategy initiatives for King Philanthropies’ climate practice where she focuses on investments that support communities most negatively impacted by climate change. Juliana brings experience in M&A, Venture Capital, and start-ups.

Previously, as a Principal at Unovis Asset Management, a leading global food-tech impact fund, she led sourcing, diligence, portfolio management, and board-level strategy activities for alternative protein investments.

Prior to Unovis, Juliana worked in Corporate Development for a life science and healthcare firm, Precision for Medicine, supporting diligence, integration, and sourcing activities for acquisitions and also in PwC’s Capital Markets and Advisory Services practice.  She has been actively involved in life science start-ups focused on products and services to improve health outcomes through dietary compliance of natural functional foods.

Juliana, a licensed Certified Public Accountant, received her Masters in Finance & Accounting from the University of Virginia and a Bachelors in Integrative Biology from University of California at Berkeley.
